An auto repair company has secured new facilities, backed by Sheffield’s law firm, Wake Smith Solicitors.
DSA Group German Autocentre offers maintenance, diagnostics and repair services for corridors.
He took over an 11,000-square-foot property, with a painting area, a courtyard and offices, on Brightside Lane in Sheffield.
The new will demonstrate the company’s existing facilities for 38 people at Attercliffe Common in Sheffield.
Garry Maddison, Managing Director of German Autocentre, said: “We have started for a new site because of the development call of our company. We needed more area as we had passed our previous site.
“The new facilities have a mastery of giant paintings with 16 paint stations, a well-fenced personal yard, a giant automotive park and on-site offices and will allow us to continue the expansion of our automotive maintenance and organize our diagnostic and our main visitor criterion Service.”
Wake Smith applied for the lease of the new venue, which was announced through genuine real estate professionals Mark Jenkinson and Son.
Tom Weightman, a genuine real estate announcement at Wake Smith, added: “We are excited to advise German Autocentre on the rental requirements of the unit.
