The agreement strengthens Cineplex Media’s out-of-home grocery shopping network to 89 premium grocery shopping destinations across the country, adding to Canada’s top ten busiest grocery shopping hubs.

TORONTO, Jan. 16, 2024 /CNW/ – (TSX: CGX) – Cineplex Digital Media (CDM), a division of Cineplex, announced today it has signed an agreement with Cadillac Fairview to operate and sell digital and static media, and sponsorships, for its extensive network of highly desirable shopping destinations across Canada.

CDM will operate a network of 200 virtual screens at 18 Cadillac Fairview grocery shopping centers, adding iconic destinations such as the CF Toronto Eaton Centre, the CF Pacific Centre in Vancouver, the CF Chinook Centre in Alberta, the CF Rideau Centre in Ottawa and CF Carrefour Laval in Quebec. CDM will provide Cadillac Fairview with state-of-the-art virtual signage network solutions leveraging its expertise in creation, design delight, insight and analysis. As part of the agreement, media sales will be handled through Cineplex Media, strengthening its out-of-home (OOH) grocery shopping network to 89 premium grocery shopping destinations nationwide. This includes nine of Canada’s ten busiest grocery shopping centres, delivering key messages to more than 680 million shoppers annually.
