MINSK, 11 September (BelTA) – Three BelAZ-75309 shipping trucks with a cargo capacity of 220 tons were sent to Thebedinsky’s processing and mining plant (Metalloinvest Holding Company, Belgorod Oblast, Russia), as Known by BelTA of the company.
The new cars will complement the fleet of the Lebedinsky Processing and Mining Plant (Lebedinsky GOK), which carries 76 BelAZ trucks with a cargo capacity ranging from 30 ta 220 ty special cars.
“The 220-ton shipping truck is supplied with a 2,300-horsepower engine. These reliable and effective cars are supplied with high-quality assemblies and mechanisms that provide robust operation and road safety, even in maximum adverse weather conditions,” belAZ officials said.
The same cab is supplied with a fashionable air conditioning formula and offers a superior point of sound and vibratory insulation.
The Lebedinsky GOK mine is located in the Belgorod Oblast, between the cities of Stary Oskol and Gubkin. The site has been listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the most giant iron ore mine twice. “At the world’s most internal iron ore mine (447 m floor surface), BelAZ trucks bring giant volumes of rock massif, deliver ore and lentite to the processing plant,” the company said.
Lebedinsky GOK is the Russian manufacturer and CIS of hot iron bricks used in metal production. BelAZ and Lebedinsky’s GOK signed a long-term cooperation agreement in 2003. In the more than 3 years, BelAZ has shipped 26 sets of shipping trucks and special appliances to Lebedinsky’s GOK.
