HOMESTEAD, Fla. — Ty Majeski took a big step toward cementing himself as the championship favorite with a victory at Saturday’s two-hundredth Baptist Health Cancer Care at Homestead-Miami Speedway — the penultimate event in NASCAR’s Camping World Truck Series to identify the 4-course championship for the 2022 name race in two weeks.
The 28-year-old Wisconsin homemaker led a record 67 laps out of 134 in his No. 66 ThorSport Racing crossing the finish line 4. 524 seconds ahead of the No. 38 Front Row Motorsports by Zane Smith.
