Aurora, Continental and Nvidia have announced a long -term strategic association to display force trucks without reasons without reasons, fed through the new generation Nvidia Thidia system (SOC). Drive Thor and Driveos de Nvidia will be incorporated into the motor force of Aurora, an autonomous driving formula of point four SAE that supplies mass production in 2027.

Aurora is in the final stages of validating Aurora’s Motive Force for motive-free operations on public roads. Aurora’s motive force is supplied with a PC and difficult sensors, adding the LiDAR, radar and cameras, allowing it to operate safely at highway speeds. Check AI allows Aurora’s motive force to temporarily adapt to new operational spaces while being validated in the case of Aurora Security, a tool for regulatory trust and public acceptance. Aurora plans to launch its Forcess Motive-free truck service in Texas in April 2025.
NVIDIA will force the main PC of the Aurora controller with a dual nvidia Drive Thor SoC configuration running Driveos. Drive Thor, based on the Nvidia Blackwell architecture, is designed to increase the inference responsibilities that are imperative for self-driving cars to perceive and navigate the global around them. As continental and Aurora prepare to make giant-scale standalone hardware in 2027, so much action now: Drive Thor production samples will arrive in the first part of 2025.
