Aston Martin Residences Miami has officially opened its doors and is one of the new advancements as 99% of the condos have already been sold. This was no doubt facilitated by Aston Martin’s prestige, as well as the difference of being the tallest all-residential building in southern New York.
AMRM is the brand’s first ultra-luxury real estate assignment and the building houses 391 condominiums. The automaker says buyers are coming with a mix of car enthusiasts and “people drawn to Aston Martin’s unique design philosophy and iconic branding. “Speaking of the former, more than 50 citizens already own an Aston Martin.

Pricing starts at $820,000 and the building houses a number of additional units. At the lower end is a 698-square-foot (65-square-meter) studio with a single bathroom.
On the opposite end, for around $50 million, is the Triplex Penthouse. It’s a “beautiful three-story condo” that spans 27,191 feet (2,526 meters) and features a personal pool and spacious sundeck.
While there is a big difference between the upper and lower level, the building houses 4 full floors of amenities. This includes a two-story fitness center, an art gallery, two movie theaters, a virtual golf simulator, and a business center. There is also a full-service Spa, beauty salon and hair salon.
The real draw, however, is the 55th floor, which houses an infinity pool, hot tubs, and cabanas. Visitors will also find an open-air bar and lounge area, as well as a ballroom and private dining rooms.
The condo and amenities were created as part of a collaboration between Aston Martin’s design team and architect Rodolfo Miani of Mian Anger Weddings. Aston Martin said that 3 design themes have been created for the build and are known as timeless, reserved and indulgent.
The company didn’t give many details, but said the apartments had 3-meter ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. They also house “high-end kitchens,” premium marble floors, and European cabinetry.
