Ariana Grande and Victoria Monét go way back, and now Grande is celebrating her friend and longtime collaborator’s Grammys 2024 win and critical success for her recent album Jaguar II.

You’ve worked so hard and given so much of yourself to this industry for so long. a lot of time while you’re quietly in your own league,” Grande wrote on Instagram following the announcement that Monét won the Best R Album award.

The two men met while Grande was still in Victorious and their friendship was immediate; Since then, Monét has written with Grande on several albums, co-writing tracks such as “7 Rings,” “Winter Things,” and “34 35. “Monét has written his own albums and has released consistently exciting solo projects, most recently his Jaguar and Jaguar II. projects. She is nominated for seven Grammy Awards this year.
