To celebrate July 14, pay tribute to his former friend and raise the budget for a cause of social justice, the winemaker and owner of the artists’ winery Bion Rice collaborated with artist James-Paul Brown to publish a red mix with the painted face of the mythical Bon vivant. “On July 14, it reminds me of Archie every year because he was very French-speaking,” said Rice, who met McLaren through Brown in 1994 and then sponsored several of his times through his family’s Artist and Sunstone brands. “I was pretty in favor of what we now call Black Lives Matter, just like me. He believed and said, “We are all created equal.”
Rice, who had to focus on virtual marketing and virtual pandemic tasting to advance Artist, expects the wines to sell quickly.
