PARIS, FRANCE, JULY 22, 2020 – Fabrice Barthélemy, CEO of Tarkett, announced new appointments to the Group’s Executive Committee:

Eric Daliere, president of Tarkett North America and Tarkett Sports,

Audrey Dauvet, Group Legal Director,

Arnaud Marquis, Group Sustainable Development Manager,

Carine Vinardi, EVP and organizational operations.

Eric Daliere, president of Tarkett North America and Tarkett Sports

Tarkett Sports President Eric Daliere will expand his day-to-day work and take on the role of president of Tarkett North America and Tarkett Sports. Under his leadership, Tarkett Sports achieved strong successful growth, with leading brands in the sports surface industry such as FieldTurf and Beynon. His mandate in North America will be to increase equity gains while competitiveness and monetary performance.

Prior to joining the Group in 2009, Eric spent ten years leading commercial improvement projects for KKR Capstone and began his career at Boston Consulting Group. He holds an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (USA).

Eric succeeds Jeff Fenwick. Jeff will now work end-to-end for the ad flat unit in Tarkett North America.

Audrey Dauvet, General Counsellor

Audrey began her career as a lawyer with Bird and Bird in 2000, before joining the Pernod Ricard Group in 2007. Initially appointed Intellectual Property Manager of the Group, she was then promoted in 2011 to Vice President of Legal Affairs, Public Affairs, CSR and Compliance of Pernod Ricard Americas, founded in New York. In 2017, he established his own consulting firm, advising corporations founded in the United States and Europe. Audrey holds a master’s degree in Industrial Property from Pantheon Assas University and a master’s degree in finance and economics from the Paris Institute of Political Science. He is also a member of the Paris Bar Association.

Audrey will serve as secretary of Tarkett’s supervisory board.

Arnaud Marquis, Head of Sustainable Development

Arnaud joined Tarkett in July 2016 as vice president of EMEA hard floors, effectively restoring profitability. Prior to joining Tarkett, he worked at Ahlstrom Group, a leading player in fiber products, for more than 20 years in external sales, marketing and operations. He graduated from the Grenoble School of Engineering (INPG) – Pagora and has an Executive MBA from EM Lyon.

Sustainability is one of the 4 pillars of the Change to Win strategic plan. Within the Executive Committee, the Arnaud project will accentuate the relief of greenhouse fuel projects and the deployment of circular responses for our customers. It will oversee innovation systems for the circular economy and the creation of related business models. It will also be that all Tarkett groups fully appropriate sustainability issues.

Carine Vinardi, Executive Vice President for Research and Development and Operations

Carine began his career in 1997 at Moulinex, then worked in industries, adding automotive (10 years in Plastic Omnium, Faurecia and Peugeot Citroen) and aeronautics (4 years at Zodiac Aerospace). Switches between operating departments (Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing) and Functional (Performance – Digital Transformation) in foreign corporations of other sizes. Prior to joining Tarkett in July 2020, Carine worked for General Electric Renewable Energy since 2017, where he was at the pace of the Lean and Digital transformation. Carine holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from ITECH Lyon and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiagne.

In terms of the rate of operations, Carine will also oversee acquisitions, studies and development, and will be responsible for improving the Group’s operational functionality for safety, visitor satisfaction and productivity. Carine will contribute to the various pillars of the Change to Win strategic plan, especially through the “World Class Manufacturing” operational functionality program.
