This is good. Indy really struggles with infill industrial jobs and reaching its labor market. The distribution centers being built out in the far-flung suburbs are hard to reach for the people who need those jobs the most. This site and Sherman Park are promising.

This is huge: reusing a former giant factory site for commercial/industrial tenants. Not as a park, government offices, or hospital but as something that pays property taxes and generates decent jobs.

Ambrose doesn’t exactly have the best reputation for following through on plans for development. IJS

After the fiasco downtown. Unless they make good with that project, they dont deserve ANY INCENTIVES.
