Alfa Romeo enthusiasts are patiently awaiting the arrival of the upcoming Giulia and Stelvio models, but before that happens, they will be able to enjoy more special edition models. The company has announced that the Intensa special series models will be presented at the Brussels Motor Show in January, along with the new Junior Ibrida Q4, an electrified all-wheel drive edition of Alfa’s new smallest model.
The new Junior Ibrida Q4 mirrors the specs for the closely related Jeep Avenger 4Xe, making it the only AWD version of the small SUV currently in the range.

The electrified powertrain includes a 1. 2-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine, a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, a small battery, and two electric motors (one per axle). The ICE makes 134 hp (100 kW / 136 hp) and the electric motor brings 28 hp (21 kW / 29 hp).
The Junior Ibrida Q4 has 4 driving modes (Dynamic, Natural, Q4 and Advanced Efficiency) and is the only Junior in its range equipped with independent rear suspension. According to the company, all-wheel drive is available even with the battery low.
Intensa Special Series
The Italian automaker also announced the Intensa special series for Junior, Tonale, Giulia and Stelvio, releasing some breakthroughs to change things up. The models will feature external and internal touches, as well as a long list of generous amenities.
The Intensa-specific elements come with a revised telephone dial design for the wheels, which are finished in Dark Miron Gray with soft gold accents. The new shoes measure 18 inches for the Junior, 19 inches for the Giulia and 20 inches for the Tonale and Stelvio. All models will feature black brake calipers with gold Alfa Romeo lettering and black external details.

Specifically for the Giulia and Stelvio Intensa, Alfa Romeo designers added the colors of the Italian flag to the mirror housings, aluminum accents inside the cabin, a fire-colored center armrest and a matching set of stitching.
In the Intensa trim of the recently updated Tonale, the interior will be finished in Alcantara with tan inserts, and a combination of tan and beige stitching. The smaller Junior will be the last to arrive, featuring Alcantara upholstery with tawny and anthracite grey stitching.
We’ll be told more about the special edition Alfa models at the Brussels Motor Show from 10 to 19 January. The Alfa Romeo stand will offer the Intensa versions of the Tonale and Stelvio, as well as the Junior 280 Veloce and the 33 Stradale.
The company promised that 2025 will be marked by “the launch of a wide range of major innovations, ready to excite Alfisti fans around the world”.
