A wordless Sun journalist in poor health after a hot ride in an Aston Martin around Silverstone with James Bond’s double

I was speechless and in poor health after a hot ride in an Aston Martin with James Bond’s stunt double.

Aston Martin ambassador Jessica Hawkins worked with Daniel Craig on the newest Bond film, No Time To Die, which was released in 2021.

The fastest lap gave me a little taste of what it’s like to fly over the iconic Silverstone circuit with drivers Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen and Lando Norris.

Pop star Ed Sheeran was left shaken after George Russell took him for a “fucking” ride around the Miami Grand Prix Formula 1 circuit.

You can understand why, given we reached speeds of up to 150mph, just over half of what an F1 car would do when overtaking hard on a track.

Jessica drives an Aston Martin which is said to cost just under £200,000, with charges starting at £185,000.

Jessica has driven in all walks of life and in 2022 she was involved driving the new Range Rover Sport with Anthony Joshua.

In September last year, she made history by becoming the first woman in five years to test a Formula 1 car.

The 29-year-old Aston Martin ambassador completed 26 laps of the Budapest Hungaroring with the AMR21.

Jessica, a former karting champion, made her professional motorsport debut in British Formula Ford at Silverstone in 2014 in a unique event, achieving two best 10 finishes.

She joined Aston Martin F1 as an ambassador in 2021 and is a regular face in the paddock.

Her stunt career came about by chance, after a friend tagged her in a Facebook post promoting a female powerhouse with “car goodness. “

She said: “I stopped racing for a few years before the W Series only because I no longer had the budget to continue my journey in motorsport.

“Bond was my first film. There was a lot of pressure, but I was confident in my talent and I had an amazing team around me.

“I’m proud of what I did. “

Jessica also appeared in James Blunt’s music video for his 2021 single Love Under Pressure, betting on a driver trying to kill the singer.

Posting a photo with the musician, he joked, “It’s not every day that you try to kill @jamesblunt for his new music video!”
