You have to love it when you open the hood and find many cylinders at your disposal, and that’s exactly what we’re getting here with this traditional 1958 Chevrolet Corvette, which sits just to assemble a 572 cubic-inch V8 Big Block. engine at the front. However, do not think that it is just a great engine, as this device has been absolutely rebuilt from scratch, as shown through the following Autotopia video feature.
This 1958 Chevrolet Corvette-specific dining spot is noticeable in Gabe’s custom interiors, which has made a traditional cabin with impressive padding. The paints include “AMG-style” square perforations as well as traditional seats that have been designed to be as low and remote as possible.
The seats look perfectly molded into the cabin space, while the traditional brass moldings are chrome-plated. There is also a set of classic instrument meters and a completely traditionally designed audio formula, while the guide wheel has been machined to fit the wheels in the corners. Even the trunk is also well made, without losing too much space, despite the back of the tubular bed.
Outside, we see a polished Schott Tomahawk wheel set with a split five-ray design, which is a set of giant Wilwood brakes, with six-piston stirrups at the front and 4 pistons at the rear.
It’s a lot of braking force, but this Chevrolet Corvette restaurant wants it. Motivation is a V8 572 that fits the engine compartment without too much space to spare. The hood has been cut to show induction, while noise comes out through a traditional three-inch exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers. A six-speed Tremec transmission sends force to the rear.
Underneath the skin is an Art Morrison chassis with a complete suspension upgrade. The hosts say the car weighs less than 3000 pounds, but our estimate is not, given that the Chevrolet Corvette 58 inventory tipped the balance to 2926 pounds from the factory. Add all those improvements, and this vehicle is the maximum probably well above the 3000 pound mark.
Anyway, all this strength work, tires, chassis and suspension make this thing an absolute thrill of driving. It also looks pretty good on the road, so start and enjoy the wonder.

Can I start a Go Fund Me program?
I was lost internally and the guide wheel is too squeaky. I would have liked the original interior of this and that shade of red. And the “Cragar” wheels would also be bigger.
I won’t forget the 57, constant green, FI, with 3-speed manual gearbox. He was quick in his day. He’s gone now, but he and that car won’t be forgotten.
The best thing about a Vette ’58 is the stainless metal chest blades. They are beautiful and distinguish the car. For them, not adding them to the car is a blatant omission and a major flaw on their part.
Other than that, it’s out and it looks amazing.
Now I’m 77 years old, I’ve been general manager since I was a kid. I’m the first veterans! But GM lost me when they fucked Holden here in Oz.
Life sucks sometimes.

Yes. Sucks. Stay strong!
