LIBAN, NJ – The 18th edition of Ride for the River will take place on June 12, with a 60-mile race down the rural roads of the Upper Raritan River Basin region.
ddThe route will pass by roads in Hunterdon, Somerset and Morris counties, especially those that run parallel or cross rivers and streams. Start and end at Rollin’ Fast Cycle Sports on Route 22 in Lebanon.
“It’s a quiet and fun ride that shows the good look of the water dividing line,” said Cindy Ehrenclou, CEO of Raritan Headwatersddd. Registration takes place at nine in the morning and the race takes place from 10:30 a. m. to 11 a. m. , followed by a fried fish with music and precious music, until 3 p. m.

The occasion has been taking place since 2003 and was organized by environmentalists John Belle and Amy Greene. Since then, it has raised more than $160,000 for raritan Headwaters’ conservation mission.
