Edmond joined Community Impact in August 2021 and helped launch new editions in the San Antonio metro. Edmond covers beats in the North San Antonio politics area. In the past he was the lead reporter for Local Community News, covering various spaces in San Antonio and surrounding spaces. Prior to that, Edmond was a reporter for Prime Time Newspapers, a weekly newspaper for the San Antonio network, and for the San Antonio Express-News, as well as serving as editor of two of the network’s weeklies. He is a San Antonio local and studied mass communications at San Antonio College and Texas State University. She enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and pets in her free time.
