UNDATED, (WJON News) — The company that owns Family Dollar and Dollar Tree retail stores has announced several store closures.
They say they plan to close about six hundred Family Dollar outlets in the first part of fiscal 2024.
They will also close approximately 370 Family Dollar retail outlets and 30 Dollar Tree retail outlets over the next few years, at the end of the store’s existing lease term.
According to its website, there are 47 Family Dollar outlets in Minnesota, in addition to Long Prairie and Big Lake.
There are 107 Dollar Tree outlets in Minnesota, plus Waite Park, Sartell, St. Petersburg, and Minnesota. John’s, St. John’Cloud and Sauk Rapids.
