1 killed after head-on collision in Caledonia, police are looking for driving force that fled the scene

CALEDONIA – A 69-year-old Milwaukee guy died Monday, August 3, after a head-on crash in the town of Caledonia. Lately, police are asking the public to locate a driving force that fled the scene.

According to officials, around 2:20 p.m. Police and Rescue from Caledonia to STH 38 and Four Mile Road in the village of Caledonia by a frontal accident.

The investigation and witness reports revealed that a vehicle westward entered the intersection, diverting a white Honda Civic north to the south lane to collide with it.

The Honda then struck head-on through a southbound pickup truck.

The westbound vehicle then bypassed the turn of fate and fled west on Four Mile Road.

Rescue measures were attempted on the driving force of the white Honda, a 69-year-old Milwaukee man, through witnesses and rescuers. He died as a result of his injuries at the scene.

The identity of the vehicle in a wester direction is unknown. It has been described as a soft brown or beige sedan. Police are recently asking the public to locate the driving force and vehicle.
